Signs of Heat Illness

     Heat illness can manifest in several ways, ranging from mild to severe symptoms. Here are some common signs to watch out for: 1. Heat Cramps: These are often the first sign of heat illness and typically involve painful muscle cramps or spasms, usually in the legs or abdomen. 2. Heat Exhaustion: This is a more serious condition that can develop if heat cramps are left untreated. Signs of heat exhaustion include: Heavy sweating Weakness or fatigue Dizziness or lightheadedness Nausea or vomiting Headache Cool, moist skin with goosebumps, despite the heat Muscle cramps Rapid heartbeat 3.
